When you pay through PayPal, please be sure to check your address held by PayPal, we ship to the Paypal address. If the address is not correct; please make the alterations before you pay, the seller cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect or out of date address.
Delays in Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we'll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options.
An order can be cancelled before delivery with a full refund as long as the item is still in the early processing stage and has not been picked and packed or been sent to the couriers for dispatch - this is usually within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
Returns & Refunds - All of our NEW products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer a credit or a refund. The recipient/Buyer is responsible to pay the outward and return delivery costs if they decide not to accept the delivery for whatever reason - apart from damaged goods or packaging upon receipt.
Our USED items have a 30 day guarantee period for repairs or replacement but not for refund.
Any returns must be discussed and authorised advance, so they are sent back to us with the appropriate paperwork.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance and in the same condition as recieved. If the item in question is an Apple product then your iCloud account must be removed from the product.
In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products are payable by you, and cannot be compensated. Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty.
Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty.
Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility & it is required to use a tracked delivery.
Once a return is agreed between us and yourself (the buyer) which must be within 7 days of receipt, we will give you all the relevant details about how to return the item and what else is required.
It may be that the item is fine, but a particular part is missing or not working or the item has been wrongly connected, we are always here to help to solve any problems before it reaches the stage of returning an item and the costs involved with doing that for yourself or us. Outside of the 7 day policy – the manufacturers 12 month warranty applies or the 30 day warranty for used items as detailed above.

We will ship you whatever you order. Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies.
As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions.
We will ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back or in cases where the goods are seized.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products.
We are not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.
